Biome Study Presentation
Introduction:
Biomes are very large ecological areas on the earth’s surface, with animals and plants adapting to each environment. Biomes are defined by physical factors such as climate, surface structure, geology, soils and vegetation. A biome is NOT an ecosystem, it can look like a large ecosystem. If you look closer, you will see that plants or animals in these biomes have special adaptations for them to live and strive in that area. You may find many different ecosystems within one biome.
